On April 12, a public discussion on free of charge medical care and free-of-charge medicines was held within the framework of the project “Healthy Body in an Informed Mind”. The discussion was attended by Arsen Mkrtchyan, Director of Spitak Medical Center CJSC, whom attendees asked all the questions about the healthcare sector.
The project “Healthy Body in an Informed Mind” is implemented by “Spitak Helsinki Group” Human Rights NGO within the framework of the subgrant of the project “Commitment to Constructive Dialogue” implemented by the consortium led by “Armenian Lawyers’ Association”.
