On November 29 “Spitak Helsinki Group” human rights NGO attended the closing event of “Pursuing positive change through empowering civil society project”, implemented with the financial support of the European Union.
The project was implemented by the Open Society Foundations – Armenia in collaboration with the Institute of Public Policy and the Union of Informed Citizens. The project aimed at strengthening civil society capacity to conduct systematic monitoring and advocacy in the areas of human rights, criminal justice and social equity.
